Code Keys You can provide the code keys for your open-ended questions, or we will develop them for you. Our experienced staff can review the project data and produce clear and meaningful categories for organizing open-ended responses. With client-approved coding keys, all the open-ended responses will be carefully coded into the appropriate categories.

Voice Capture
This high-tech option provides pollsters with a reasonably priced method of hearing polling respondents as they answer open-ended questions. We have the technical means to digitally capture complete responses in a .WAV file. We then transfer the file to a CD and mail the recording to our client. This methodology permits interested pollsters and campaign managers to hear exactly how large numbers of individuals answered specific polling questions.
